I am a somatic educator and Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner whose work has an ecological focus. From my Eco-Somatica practice in the Victorian Otway region I assist people to explore the connection between: self, other and earth. To assist with the enquiry: how is it to be human in an ecological crisis? How do we stay in touch with ourselves and the Earth?

I use movement, touch and sound to open up spaces of exploration in which the participant feels safe, held and able to feel.
