I am a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Certified Speech Pathologist and long term passionate amateur musician in the Hunter, NSW @Move to Vitality. I have a passion for working with people. I have always been fascinated with human behaviour, learning, communication and more specifically VOICE. I love that Feldenkrais provides me a vehicle to facilitate greater self-awareness, personal growth and transformation through body, mind and voice; both in myself and for those with whom I work.

Feldenkrais is a perfect way to enhance my work as an experienced Speech Pathologist, particularly in the areas of voice and breathing. I love that I can blend Feldenkrais and Speech Pathology as needed with clients. As the voice is such an integral part of our identity, Feldenkrais is a wonderful way in to find potent use of our voice and body and maximise our vocal potential, to embody our personal power and express ourselves with confidence.

I offer group classes, private appointments, programs, workshops & retreats, both online and in person. I love working with those interested in finding an empowered embodied voice, mindful practices, healthy ageing & performance enhancement for musicians. I am particularly energised running workshops, facilitating learning and change in group environments .
