“After more than 35 years of teaching the Feldenkrais Method®, I've found myself returning to two enduring questions.

The first is outward-facing: How can experience deepen and refine the way we teach? How can decades of practice help us better support the people who come to us, while continuing to evolve the language, ideas and approaches we use to communicate the Method? How do we keep discovering fresh and meaningful ways of helping people learn?

The second question is more personal. Years of Feldenkrais practice have undoubtedly made many aspects of my own life easier and more enjoyable. Yet, like everyone, I still encounter familiar limitations, vulnerabilities and challenges—along with a few new ones that arrive with age. What can my work with others teach me about working with myself? How do we continue to learn, adapt and change throughout our lives?
