Class Description
I run weekly Awareness Through Movement Classes on a Wednesday 9.30- 10.30am at Koah Hall, Koah FNQ.
I usually run a block of 6 classes,so get in touch for the dates classes are running.I am available for one on one classes.
Cost $15 a class .I offer free classes to those who cannot afford a class
