Class Description
I run weekly Awareness Through Movement Classes on Tuesdays 9.30- 10.30am am at Koah Hall, Koah FNQ.
I run a block of 6/8 classes, get in touch for current class dates.
I am available for one on one classes.
Cost $15 a class .I offer free classes to those who cannot afford a class.
