- I offer GROUP CLASSES that are called "Awareness through movement" in Fitz Roy. The next six week series goes from March 12th till April 16th, every Wednesday at 9 am. These sessions are in person and Online.

- I also offer INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS that are called "Functional Integration" in Fitz Roy and South Melbourne. This is an in person session.
