Sara began Yoga Moves in 1999. After graduating as a Feldenkrais practitioner in 2009, all the classes moved into what is now the Centre for Movement Studies and Yoga Moves Studio. The studio is an independent hall attached to the back of the West Subiaco Masonic Hall located on the corner of Herbert and Evans Street, Shenton Park overlooking Lake Jualbup. There is a wonderful garden in front of the studio and our entrance is on Evans Street. Sara offers group and individual lessons in Feldenkrais, yoga and meditation. She has been leading overseas walking, Feldenkrais and meditation retreats since 2000.
