A lengthy experience and qualification in both aspects of Feldenkrais, Functional Integration (which is hands on) and Awarness Through Movement (verbal group lessons). Long interest, experience and qualifications in conventional forms of exercise and massage. Both aspects of my qualifications compliment each other and I use them synergistically as and when appropriate.
