I’ve studied Feldenkrais 'Awareness Through Movement'® since 1979, when I was living in San Francisco (1976-1990). I worked there as an artist-in-residence in schools as a script writer, actor and music teacher. During the long summer breaks of 1984-87, I undertook practitioner training in San Rafael, California

I now live in Adelaide, South Australia, where my practice continues into its 34th year. My career has included teaching Feldenkrais® in tertiary training institutions with dancers, musicians, and elite athletes; in National and International arts-based projects; assisting in Feldenkrais Trainings and leading Advanced Trainings. My gratitude for the work of Moshe Feldenkrais grows with the years.
