Currently in my final year of Feldenkrais training and very excited to be able to share Awareness Through Movement lessons. I have been teaching Yoga for the last 6 years and have had a personal practice of ATM for the last 15 years.
The beautiful part of ATM is it is suitable for all ages and abilities and feeling the benefits and changes happen from the first class!
