About Rhonda Ohlson

Rhonda has practised and taught the Feldenkrais Method for 30 years and owned and operated smart moves for 24 years. She has been an Assistant Trainer in the Feldenkrais Method for 17 years. She is a certified Bones For Life Trainer. She has 16 years experience as a Remedial and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist; is a certified Rebirther; a Reiki Teacher and has a Diploma in Body Psychotherapy, from the Institute of Energy Science. Rhonda commenced her career as a High School Teacher of English, French, Maths, and Speech and Drama.

Rhonda also specialises in voice work. Her voice therapy practice,

Express the Real YOU, combines principles of the Feldenkrais Method with those of Speech Pathology and related fields to release, strengthen and restore the voice for speaking and/or singing and personal healing.

Rhonda often performs at weddings and on stage. Singing is her passion and her greatest source of joy and inspiration!
