I teach Awareness Through Movement lessons in my home studio with a limit of 9 per class. I discovered Feldenkrais nearly 20 years ago - it changed my life! I no longer have back pains! I really enjoy meeting and introducing new people to Feldenkrais. I teach ATM on Thursday mornings (1 lesson) and selected Saturday mornings (2 lessons)
