Lena Rosenberg

Lena is a certified Feldenkrais Assistant- Trainer. She works in professional training courses around the world.

She enjoys working with people of All abilities to help them reach their goals.

Lena has been working intensively with people, young and elderly, who have suffered severe head or body injury, to help them come back to a functioning life.

Lena runs popular Group Classes and Workshops at the St Kilda Sea Baths - South Pacific Health Clubs.

From her 'Sense in Motion' studio, in St Kilda, Lena runs intimate weekly group classes, Zoom classes, and private lessons.

Lena also collaborates with local councils in running public workshops.
