About
Bruce is a certified Feldenkrais Method® practitioner whose career is rooted in a profound personal recovery. After a workplace accident left him partially paralysed, he spent 15 months trying various treatments, eventually being told by a neurosurgeon that there was no hope for a full recovery.
Everything changed when he was referred to a Feldenkrais practitioner. Through intensive Functional Integration® sessions twice a week for eight weeks, Bruce completely regained full bodily function. Continuous Awareness Through Movement® classes cemented these life-altering results.
Having never looked back, he now uses his first-hand experience in the Feldenkrais Method along with qualifications as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutrition for Weight Loss Consultant to guide others toward radical physical renewal.
