About the event
This workshop explores a holis/c approach to balance. It will address both outer balance (physical) and inner balance (how to calm and relax your nervous system), via awareness through movement sequences based on the Feldenkrais Method.

This workshop is for people who are able to get on and off the floor. It doesn’t mater if you have balance issues or not, as you can always improve how you move!
