Join us for a two-hour workshop blending somatic resources, the intelligence of the Feldenkrais Method, and the expressive freedom of dance. This workshop invites you to awaken to your embodied presence.
We’ll begin with slow, gentle, floor-based movement sequences to tune into body awareness, soften tension, and reconnect with natural movement patterns. From this grounded state, we’ll explore our inner skeletal organisation in relationship with gravity, space, and at times, each other.
Through guided partner explorations and simple touch-based practices, we’ll discover new ways of sensing, supporting, and responding.
