About the event

This workshop combines an exciting Awareness Through Movement lessons with insights on balance and resilience drawn from both Feldenkrais and Aikido. There is time for discussion during the workshop and informally over afternoon tea.  

This first workshop in a series of 3 looks at how you can feel and be more grounded by enhancing your body and mind coordination . Explore how habits of overuse or protective patterns may be impacting your stability. Discover how by focussing your mind and sensing your body you can move more smoothly with greater stability

This workshop is complete in its own right. It also sets the stage for the next 2 workshops in the series .
