Pathways to Embodiment: A Nervous System Approach to Movement


A chance to explore how the nervous system shapes the way we move, balance, and respond in daily life — through embodied movement, reflection, and shared learning. Each workshop includes two Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons, a short talk from me to introduce the key ideas, and a facilitated group discussion to connect our experiences with practical understanding. You’re welcome to attend one or both. Together, they offer a progression — from inward awareness to outward adaptability.
