About the Event

Lockdown, isolation and uncertainty have not been easy on any of us or our bodies. If you are feeling flat and stiff after many months of inactivity and sitting in front of a computer screen, this program will teach you strategies to move with ease and grace.

This Feldenkrais Workshop will be presented by Jennifer Groves, Feldenkrais Practitioner, and Rangimarie Ferguson. Both are senior Movement Intelligence Trainers from Mullumbimby and will draw on their wealth of knowledge and experience` to guide us through this workshop.

Ruthy Alon taught and inspired many students over many decades. The movement explorations taught on this day will be based on her work. As one of Moshe Feldenkrais’ original students, she became an influential Feldenkrais Trainer. In her 60’s she developed her own potent body of work, including Bones For Life and Movement Intelligence. This Workshop is an opportunity to explore some of these simple but profound lessons and will allow us to experience quick and immediate change.
