About the event
The afternoon will include:
Two Awareness Through Movement® lessons
A guided talk and shared discussion
The focus of this workshop is Comfort — exploring how reducing unnecessary effort can support clearer organisation, greater ease, and more comfortable movement. Through gentle, guided movement, there will be opportunities to notice how the body organises itself when force is reduced.
It is an opportunity to explore these ideas within the support of a group, allowing learning to unfold through shared presence and individual experience.
The workshop is suitable for a wide range of bodies and movement experiences. No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method is required.
