We're inviting expressions of interest for "Internal Spring'" - a somatic retreat of playful movement, deep rest and community, to celebrate the equinox:
Proposed dates: 3pm Friday, 19th September - 5pm Sunday, 21st September. You are welcome to stay on until Monday, 22nd September (the retreat will have finished BUT you can chill!)
