About the event

An Awareness Through Movement lesson and interactive conversation online with Paul Watt, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Integrative Physiotherapist on using trauma-sensitive practices of Feldenkrais, Trauma Release Exercises, music, meditation and positive psychology with Physiotherapy to calm and regulate.  

Open to the public, practitioners and trainees.

Free for those new to Feldenkrais.  

Feldenkrais Practitioners, Trainees and those interested in Feldenkrais are invited and encouraged to support the FIG monthly program with $50 annual membership including recordings of all available 2021 meetings with speakers and ATM lessons.  

End of year discounted price of $45 for 6 months recordings available through October/November.
