An Awareness Through Movement lesson and interactive conversation online with Paul Watt, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Integrative Physiotherapist on using trauma-sensitive practices of Feldenkrais, Trauma Release Exercises, music, meditation and positive psychology with Physiotherapy to calm and regulate. Â
Open to the public, practitioners and trainees.Â
