Feldenkrais Discovery Day - with Melbourne Practitioners

Have you heard of Feldenkrais? Here's your chance to experience the Feldenkrais Method® at this free event at the Abbotsford Convent on 31st of May, 2026 from 10am-4pm.

There will be opportunities to take part in Awareness Through Movement Classes, a 1-1 Functional Integration Session and to learn about the method through a series of presentations. You will be able to meet local practitioners, experience how the method can help you and discover how you can become a practitioner. Come for an hour or stay for the day.

Bookings are required for Functional Integration Sessions and are limited to one per person. If taking part in a class you're invited to bring your own mat or large towel/blanket to lie on, and your own water bottle.
