About the event
We are excited to invite you to the 3rd Edition of "The Step", a Body Expression Dance Workshop, inspired by the vibrant energy of African rhythms.
Spring is coming, and what better way to awaken your body and soul than with an infusion of rhythm and movement?
In this edition, guided by the pulse of African drums, we’ll explore the awareness of our marvelous skeleton as it carries energy and waves through the body. Muscles and bones will work together in harmony to support movement with ease and grace.
Our starting point is the body itself — how we move, how energy flows, and how movement can travel freely throughout us. Through pulsing, vibrating, pushing, and shifting in different orientations of space, we’ll release limitations and invite energy to flow with greater freedom.
