About the event
Eco-embodied is both an emotional and sensory experience. It involves a specially designed sound bath sensory immersion, with guided movement and storytelling. This workshop uses creativity to address the stress that many of us currently feel in response to the enormity of both climate change and the world around us.
The workshop incorporates Awareness Through Movement® exercises of the Feldenkrais Method, that build sensory awareness and assist workshop participants in becoming more sensitive to the way we make contact with the ground."
This workshop for beginners is a multi-media, multi-disciplinary journey, designed to be a creative awakening for the mind, body, and nervous system.
