About the event
Even the simplest of ATMs taught by Moshe Feldenkrais had deceptive depths.
We have many wonderful resources that demonstrate how he structured learning and investigated fundamental patterns. But as we know the simple can be very complex.
Julie will be taking early lessons from a San Francisco workshop presented by MF, and helping us find the deeper connections that are hidden in plain sight. The workshop will be designed to touch on your personal practice, and extrapolating into ATM and FI practice.
Pre-workshop materials will be recommended to facilitate a deeper dive when we are together.
