Ruth brings a rich mix to her teaching, whether it is as an assistant trainer in

a FPTP, in her Private Feldenkrais Practice, or sensei in her Aikido Dojo.

Her strength is in playfully integrating verbal and non verbal language

patterns learnt in NLP to evoke curiosity and self learning in her clients and
