First FIG attendance is FREE!  Special live event hosted by the Feldenkrais Interest Group (FIG) promoting awareness of the larger context of the Feldenkrais Method.

Sally believes creativity and play, through Feldenkrais and expressive dance, promotes well being and resilience in the face of change. Let’s see how together we can enjoy an Awareness Through Movement lesson in the context of an exploration of self!!

FIG is NOW TAKING 2022 REGISTRATIONS via email to feldenkraisinterestgroup@gmail.com Feldenkrais Practitioners, Trainees and all those interested in Feldenkrais are invited and encouraged to support the FIG monthly program with $50 annual membership for 2022. Recordings are included for all speakers and ATM lessons. Third Tuesday of the month Feb-Nov 7:00 - 9:00pm with bonus lessons and events included.
