About Class

A Feldenkrais Monthly class is designed for you to refine the quality of your movements and can be applied to everyday activities or specific skills you want to develop.
It aims to improve your ability to move, breathe freely, and regulate your nervous system by gently exploring how your body moves. By doing so, you can become aware of any postural and perceptual habits that may be limiting you. This approach can help you discover new possibilities and freedom in motion by emphasizing doing less and sensing more.

This session will benefit:

- Individuals with a locked pelvis.
- People who perform repetitive tasks for long hours.
- Anyone interested in preventing or relieving pain or strain.
