I graduated from the Perth practitioner training in 2017. My Feldenkrais practice is mutually informed by my Aikido (and other martial arts) and meditaiton practices. All three practices help us continue to learn and develop mentally and recalibrate and refine physically into our maturity. My Aikido teachers are in their 60's and 70's and living proof that we don't have to just decline and stop learning and moving as we age.
Awareness Through Movement lessons: I conduct short courses from time to time. Upcoming series of 4 classes is about keeping your toes, ankles, knees, hips and spine mobile and well coordinated to get you moving better and comfortably.
