The Feldenkrais Method enables attendees to discover more ways to use themselves with comfort and ease. Those that attend regular Feldenkrais sessions, come because it improves their quality of life. Whilst improving mobility, stability, balance, or coordination.
Lachlan's approach to using the Feldenkrais method is both gentle and engaging. He works with clients of varied age and physical capability, helping them to undo unhelpful holding patterns in the body, calm the nervous system, and increase the capacity to move comfortably and gracefully.
Lachlan Fleming - Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner - draws upon a solid background in both the physical and psychological arts. A martial arts practitioner and instructor for over 20 years, he is also has qualifications massage therapy, psychotherapy, and he has trained many years in both dance and theatre.
