Like many others, I came to the Feldenkrais Method to help me with a persistent problem - and found through the gentle work with my practitioner, and later through attending Awareness Through Movement classes, that I could increase my awareness of how I used my body, and through that, resolve long-standing pain, and find enjoyment again in movement. My experience as a student encouraged me to train as a practitioner, so that I could learn more about this remarkable approach, and work with people so they too could develop the skills and awareness to address discomfort, improve movement, and feel better!
