Join a friendly, welcoming group in our online classes to feel better and move better in a remarkably short period of time. All you need is a thick mat or rug (or a very firm bed) and a spare hour on a Monday evening from 6pm or a Tuesday morning from 8.30am (delivered from Townsville, Qld in AEST – no daylight savings). Audio recordings of the live classes are provided.
