I enjoy teaching people how to find the joy of moving, walking and a sense of general wellbeing. As a Feldenkrais Practitioner, I have been teaching "Awareness through Movement" classes (ATM) and individual lessons (FI) since graduating in 1993.
With a background in Physiotherapy I have experience in rehabilitation, especially people with musculoskeletal and neurological difficulties.
