I am passionate about helping people to move more freely, to sense and feel more fully, and to find their own capacity through this to heal and flourish in their lives.
For the last 27 years since graduating as a physiotherapist I have explored different approaches to movement to help both my self and my clients.
All of my experiences have contributed to the holistic approach I share, be it training in Aikido and Tai Chi, daily sitting meditation, MovNat training, rock climbing, skiing, canoeing, motherhood ... and an ongoing private practice as a physiotherapist and Feldenkrais practitioner.
Exploring new possibilities, new choices in life, I moved back to Australia after 22 years overseas, (mostly in Canada), introducing my husband and daughters to life in Australia. Yes, a big move!
Every time I experience the stresses of living I am reminded of how awareness and movement are key to vitality.
