Relaxing and enjoyable movement activities targeted at the needs of participants to improve and expand posture, balance, coordination and action. Aimed at general well being, relaxation, flexibility, injury recovery and injury prevention and improved performance of skills at work and leisure. Suitable for adults of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels of fitness/unfitness, beginners and continuing students.
HOLIDAYS: no class if Tuesday is a public holiday; no classes in Xmas break- approximately mid December to mid January; no class on Easter Tuesday.
