~ Reinforce your learning with an engaging system of inventive repetition.
~ Combine deep relaxation with novel experiences of complex coordination – the perfect environment for useful neural plasticity to flourish.
Gentle, one-hour floor-based Awareness Through Movement classes are for those who can:
~ get down to and up from the floor without assistance (or by using a chair); and
~ comfortably lie on the floor (on a rug/mat) on the back, side and/or tummy for 45 minutes.
Courses are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
