An Awareness Through Movement lesson and interactive conversation online with Molly Tipping, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Somatic Anxiety and Self-Care specialist, on being comfortable in the dynamic flow of our own emotions to be capable to meet our world with confidence.

8:00pm - 9:00pm AEST Molly leads an Awareness Through Movement lesson on changing kinaesthetic tensions and dynamic emotional flow
Free for those new to Feldenkrais. Feldenkrais Practitioners, Trainees and those interested in Feldenkrais are invited and encouraged to support the FIG monthly program with $50 annual membership including recordings of all available 2021 meetings with speakers and ATM lessons.
