Feldenkrais Community Gathering
Join us in celebrating Feldenkrais Week with a relaxed community gathering on Saturday 30th at Okines Community House, Dodges Ferry.
This free event will run from 11am–1pm and offers a wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect and explore gentle movement in a welcoming environment.
Joanna de Burgh will lead an ATM (Awareness Through Movement) lesson, followed by a simple shared lunch and freshly brewed chai — all food and drinks provided.
Everyone is warmly welcome, whether you are completely new to Feldenkrais or already part of the community.
