Kerry. Freedom through Simple Lessons

I am very pleased to write and thank you, [ed: practioner] for introducing me to the Feldenkrais Method of flexibility in movement. I have been using alternative therapies on my spine and general health for 30 years, as I choose not to use pain medication and surgery when there are other less invasory modalities. Since I became one of your students, I have ceased chiropractic treatments, anti-inflammatory regimes and most pain relief. I am an adult educator and often stand all day, and now I do this without pain and restriction. I find the simple lessons have resulted in me being aware of my body, in ways never before experienced. I have greater capacity for enjoying standing, walking, sitting, lying and dancing. I have committed myself to using these simple exercises for life! Kerry
