"Moving Health, for Backs, Necks, Hips & Shoulders."
Some applications of the Feldenkrais Method addressing some of the pain dilemmas arising out of or benefitting from better patterns of movement of the trunk and its parts relative to one another.
Most of us have heard or know that when one part plays up, others pay for it. Through 2-3 awareness through movement lessons form the Feldenkrais Method you will have the chance to approach your difficulty with a freshness that will help find the small shifts in relationships of these parts so that they will move more in harmony and comfort. You will learn how to make small easy shifts in the connections between your back, neck, hips,& shoulders so that most likely walking, sitting, reaching and bending will all feel easier and more satisfying
For National Pain Week; this event will be FREE to all attendees; but please book; as numbers and floor space are limited. Phone Alastair Love on 0419814317
Please attend in comfortable clothing for moving quietly on the floor and in sitting. You will not be asked to do anything that is beyond your capacity or comfort
