Newsletters

Newsletters are moving from hard copy to electronic format and distribution:

1. Newsletter to members (currently electronic): updates and news about the AFG daily affairs, International news, relevant websites and links to articles about Feldenkrais, new on the website, national and international events of interest.
2. eNews to general public: updates on the AFG activities and events, articles by members and new features and content in the AFG website.
3. Divisions newsletters to members: AFG Divisions may produce a newsletter (printed or electronic) for distribution to Division members in keeping with the AFG policies and procedures.

AFG Database
For internal use by AFG organisation as a record of trainees and graduates of the Feldenkrais Method in Australia, of membership of the AFG Inc, of practitioners who have applied for Certification, and other information relevant to third parties (eg health funds) - update by members to national Secretariat - information may be used to: inform members and Divisions of membership status, Certification status, contact details...

AFG Member Directory 
For internal use by members to contact other members - generated by national secretariat - members may or may not be practising and may or may not want their details published elsewhere - update by member to national or Division Secretariat (who informs national Secretariat).

ATM/FI referral list 
For public use by 1800 number answer points, members as handout at events, publication on website - generated by division - AFG members provide their practise information for publication - update by practitioner to Division.

Website Practitioner profile 
For public use by anyone on the internet - site provided by AFG, info provided by AFG member - AFG members provide their information for publication - update by practitioner on the website.
