Mrs Renee Pinshaw
Renee has run a Private Practice and taught classes since 1997.
Classes are for Seniors wishing to maintain flexibility, good posture, balance and independence.
You will also learn improved function in daily activitites, such as, getting in and out of bed, rising from a chair, walking and even smiling!
Requirements for class;
1, towel or sarong for hygiene
2 comfortable clothing
3 a positive attitude to aging an asset!
