Carolyn Pile
As a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 2001 and an Accredited Occupational Therapist (1982), Carolyn has experience assisting people of all ages towards their goals for moving with more ease, and improving their functional performance of skills and activities in their daily living.
- Adults seeking to improve their performance of their chosen pursuits. This may be in response to recovery from a stroke, living with movement difficulties related to an injury or a disorder such as Parkinson’s Disease.
- People experiencing chronic pain often find sessions help them to reduce muscle tension and pain while discovering improved comfort and flexibility. Feedback from clients after a series of lessons has included feeling more at ease through to feeling it has helped them to ‘get their life back '.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, to help you learn how to be the best you can be.
