Ailsa Haenke

Ailsa has a practice at Caringbah, Sydney. She has over 25 years experience working in the area of community health and rehabilitation and as a certified Feldenkrais Practitioner since 1993.

Ailsa came to the method after many years of pain from scoliosis at age 50 in 1980. Introduction to this method enabled her to ‘spot the habit that was creating the pain, then to learn through ATM how to de-create the pain’. This led her to complete the full Feldenkrais training and she maintains a continued level of competence with advanced trainings each year.

The Feldenkrais Method is suitable for those who want to maintain flexibility and ease of movement or for those with limitation from pain and/or some injury.
