Move Over Anxiety presents six Awareness Through Movement® classes and is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Come and discover how using gentle movements drawn from the Feldenkrais Method® can help you undo the knot in your stomach, experience centredness and breathe more easily. Develop simple habits that can ease the effects of anxiety, and find new options that may once have seemed so elusive. The tools learnt in the course are easily applied to your daily routine at work or home.
