A 6-week series of one hour sessions designed to help women to:
improve their awareness and functioning of the pelvic floor muscles
find movement and also stability of the 'core' (as we need both)
explore the relationship between the pelvis, the lower back and the abdominals
have an improved sense of the 'center' and how to move from this place
integrate the pelvis and the perineum into the function of the whole body
This class is suitable for all women who wish to improve the function of their pelvic floor. If you have recently had a baby this class is ideal, however, you must be at least 6 - 8 weeks post delivery.
