The Feldenkrais Method helps you feel more like a human by reducing unnecessary tension, finding power through better use of your skeleton and promoting a better understanding of your limits and potential. Using diverse and sometimes very unfamiliar movements (that maybe you didn’t know you could do), you start to move with more ease and grace.
Each class has a new movement sequence gently guided by Mary Kelsey, a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physiotherapist, who will help you recognize ways of moving and resting that feel better.
No previous experience in the Feldenkrais Method is necessary. To be comfortable you should wear loose clothing and bring a large towel.
